We understand that Zestimate values aren’t perfect. They often rely on whatever information they can glean from county websites like TaxSifter. However, as a relative assessment tool (as opposed to a false believe that it is the true value) it can be quite useful in seeing trends. These Zestimate values were obtained in the week of July 15, 2024. We adjust the Zestimate backwards in time using the year-over-year median home price in Whitman County.
